Arctotis hybrid 'Red Magic'
South African daisy
Fantastic groundcower. Mass plantings look great. Will only spread 1m so keep in mind when planting.Deep red flowers. This would have to be my favorite for impressive color.Councils and landscapers use them for underplantings etc as they don't need too much maintainence. They need watering will take the dry for a short time but do best with a semi regular watering schedule.
Uses
Great for council roundabouts as mass plantings as smothers the weeds. Low maintinence plants.
Preferred Position & Soil
Full sun preferred or part afternoon shade. Needs well drained soil and good watering. Fertilize regularly as such a mass flower producer.Great for sloping banks or low traffic areas, underplanting etc.
